Hi 👋, I'm Lucas Negreiros, but you can call me Neg.  


"I graduated in journalism, but ended up writing PR headlines in advertising agencies".

If I had to describe my carrer as a copywriter in a line that would be it. But since I still got that journalist in me I'll dig a little a deeper. 

I started my advertising career very young, at 3 years old 🖇️. After a long break I got back to it in 2017 and worked with agencies like: akm, Publicis, and Ogilvy. In 2022, I had the opportunity to be one of the first creatives to help start Droga5 in Brazil. Now, I'm lucky to be a part of the talented AKQA Casa team. Along the way I've worked on global, LATAM, and national projects trying to get headlines for clients like: Netflix, Kimberly-Clark, Samsung, Panasonic, Nestlé, Kwai, and Hershey's. 


When I'm not working you can find me: writing other stuff 🔗, discussing sports like a specialist, philosophizing without any theoretical knowledge, getting the Spotify suggestions confused, shopping for "my list" on Netflix until I decide to watch a culinary show again, failing to cook, or drawing with my finger on Notes ⛓️‍💥.


Oh, and one last thing I'm also a EU Citizen 🇪🇺.
